50 Cent & Lil Kim Perform ‘Magic Stick’
Last night in Australia, 50 Cent brought out Lil Kim to do their 2003 hit collab ‘Magic Stick’. This was the first time they performed this track together.
Hoodie Allen Concert [Live @ Webster Hall]
The concert was absolutely incredible yesterday – I can’t even begin to explain the night the YGM boys had (Raffi & Stav were there in spirit). I’m going to take the time later tonight to give everyone a quick recap of the night. But to put it in a few words – we met the nicest people and had the greatest time we’ve ever had at any concert. Stefan Hummel & I (Justin Liao) got on stage with Hoodie Allen and talked to every artist that was there (Fortune Family, Zak! Downtown, Outasight). We even got Tayyib Ali to follow our individual accounts on Twitter! He was the most down to earth kid we’ve ever met and he let us in on a little secret, he’s got a mixtape coming up that he says he’s sure will be the turning point of his career. Watch The Throne Breaks iTunes Sales Record
The Throne dropped and did its thing. This highly anticipated album was released Monday August 8th and sold 290,000 copies via online stores. Coldplay’s Viva La Vida held the record at 155,000 copies back in 2008. ‘Watch The Throne’ was #1 in 23 countries. Stay tuned for the full week’s sales this Wednesday.
