Stars Remember Aaliyah
Missy Elliott, Brandy, The Game, Bridget Kelly, Scott Storch & more remember Aaliyah. 10 years ago this amazing artist passed away and artists tweeted about them remembering Aaliyah and her talent.
Today is the 10 year anniversary of Aaliyah’s passing and I’m sitting here reminiscing and playing music, thinking of the times we spent together, working, laughing, singing, dancing, cutting up. But really, it’s not all that different from any other day because I do think about her every day.
Not on purpose, but she is my friend and that’s just how I do. I’ve told the same stories for 9 years – how we met, how me and Tim were scared but Aaliyah was so welcoming and had this smile and way about her that put us at ease, that she liked to take chances and we were able to just be who we were and make good records together.
She loved playing jokes and that’s another part of her personality that made it fun to be around her. As a talent, I think she’s missed because she was unique and a true triple threat. She could sing, dance, and her acting was starting to take off.
I’m glad for the memories I have and the time we got to spend together, but I miss my friend.
Rest In Peace and Power Baby Girl.

DMX Arrested For Driving With Revoked License
And look who got arrested again… DMX! Going 102 mph and he had a suspended license. He was charged with speeding, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license. Last month he was just released from prison. Oh DMX when are you gonna learn…

I first saw Dosage opening for Lupe Fiasco at the Steppin Lasers tour over a year ago, then I saw him open for Lupe again in the city this year. He had so much energy on stage and his stage presence was amazing that I had to go online and get some of his music. This song was produced by “Bam” Alexander of Bammin Productions Inc and was released on 3dlook4dalogo. Give this song a try.

Zomboy- Game Time EP on iTunes NOW
I know WUB WUB WUB Wednesday has passed already, but I had to include Zomboy new EP. We have been posting his music for a while now, but a couple of days ago “Game Time EP” was put up on iTunes. I highly recommend buying it since Zomboy has been killing it in the dubstep scene. I know Skrillex brought dubstep into the mainstream. but I can see Zomboy taking over in the future. Falling Sky – Megaclown
This song is not for the general public – only the biggest of dubstep fans can handle this track. I was going to wait till next weeks installment of wubwubwub wednesday’s to feature this track but there’s no way I could keep it from you guys that long. Put on some good headphones or play it in your car’s audio system because anything less wouldn’t do this track justice in my opinion.
