The Gaslight Anthem- “45″
The New Jersey-based, Springsteen-influenced rock band Gaslight Anthem released the lead single to their 4th album Handwritten, entitled “45″. A great release by an amazingly talented band, featuring an infectious lead guitar part and an addictive tune. The band will be playing in Williamsburg on May 16th and Bamboozle on the 20th. If you like what you hear, be sure to pick up Handwritten on July 24th.
New Mixtape: Kap Slap – Frequent Flyer
Kap Slap released a new 17-track mashup album titled “Frequent Flyer” through ThisSongIsSick. This new mashup album features radio hits along with some great electronic tracks. The REALEST dude in the game, Logic, dropped his 22 track project today. Just finished listening to the whole thing and all I can say is Godamnnnn. The Maryland native is out to prove that he’s the most versatile rapper ever. One things for sure, Logic is here to stay.
