Kid Cudi – “INDICUD” (Album Snippets)
I’m not the one to usually post snippets since I normally wait to hear the complete body of work, but I ended up taking a listen to the snippets from Cudi’s new album this time around. After listening through the quick 30 second previews I thought I had to throw them up to stream given the quality of the music Cudi delivered and the immense anticipation surrounding Kid Cudi’s new album INDICUD. Kendrick Lamar – “Westside, Right On Time (Urban Noize Remix)”
Maimi production duo, Urban Noize, remixed Kendrick Lamar collaboration with Young Jeezy, “Westside, Right On Time.” Urban Noize adds a western theme to the remix on the production end making “Westside, Right On Time” sound as good as new. The “Wild West” sound is definitely not what I expected when pressing play, but it still is a smooth remix. Stream/download Urban Noize’s remix below.

Fall Out Boy ft. 2 Chainz – “My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up)” (Remix)
Not only did we get a Snoop Lion and Miley Cyrus collaboration today, but we also received a 2 Chainz and Fall Out Boy collab. 2 Chainz lends a verse on the remix to Fall Out Boy’s first single ”My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up).” The original track will reside on Fall Out Boy’s upcoming release, Save Rock N Roll, due out April 16. Peter Rosenberg drops off a joint from Action Bronson featuring Lauriana Mae entitled “Compliments To The Chef.” This track will reside on Rosenberg’s forthcoming mixtape, The New York Renaissance. Snoop Lion ft. Miley Cyrus – “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks”
Today we have an odd collaboration from two very different artists in the form of a summer/beach tune entitled “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks.” Snoop Dogg Lion connected with Miley Cyrus for “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,” a radio contender for this summer. The actress/singer, Miley Cyrus, lends some smooth vocals over the uplifting production from Major Lazer on Snoop Lion’s latest single “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks.” “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks” will be featured on Snoop Lion’s forthcoming reggae album, Reincarnated, due out April 23. OnCue ft. Skizzy Mars – “Live Forever”
OnCue linked up with fellow NYC rapper, Skizzy Mars, on a new track entitled “Live Forever.” “Live Forever” features spacey and electronic sounding instrumentals from Mike Kuz and OnCue on hook duty. It’s good to hear some new Cuey. “Live Forever” will not reside on OnCue’s upcoming project, Angry Young Man. Girls – Kid Cudi feat. Too $hort
Despite being a second semester senior, I am up at around midnight with mountains of homework that for some reason I intend to do. But the gods are smiling down on me tonight because that kid from Cleveland hit us with a new song. “Girls” features the same otherworldly production we’ve come to expect from recent Cudi releases, as well as a solid verse from veteran rapper Too $hort. We’ve heard rumors that Indicud is gonna be a game-changer, and it’s certainly shaping up to have that potential.

Tyler released the second music video from his upcoming album Wolf. The video for “IFHY” features Tyler rapping to a girl while walking around a doll house. Upon the release of this video, Kanye West changed his website to just be a display of the video. Wolf has already sprung a leak online, but it will be officially released on April 2nd.
Beyoncé ft. Bun B, Scarface, Slim Thug & More – “I Been On” (Remix)
Bun B, Z-Ro, Scarface Willie D, Slim Thug, and Lil Keke pay homage to H-Town in the remix to Beyonce’s chopped & screwed single “I Been On.” Each rapper delivers a solid verse over the dope Hit-Boy production.
