My Chemical Romance- Conventional Weapons Vol. 1

A couple of years ago, before My Chemical Romance recorded and released Danger Days, there was an entire album that they recorded and threw away. If your as big of a fanatic for this band as I am, knowing that they had an entire album they chose not to release would have killed you inside.…

Exclusive Album Stream: Muse “The 2nd Law”

The amount of new good music we got in the last few weeks is overwhelming.  Green Day’s new album ¡Uno! has been available to stream for a week now, Mumford & Son’s new album Babel sprung an early leak as did Lupe’s new release, F&L2, Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music compilation album, Cruel Summer, saw the light of day this month, The…

Music Video: Muse- “Madness”

Muse released a new music video to their latest single and my favorite song of last month, “Madness.”  The video is shot in a train station where a riot occurs and the riot seems to ultimately bring two lovers together.  This isn’t your normal love song considering the dubstep influenced beat, but it definitely works.…

Music Video: Green Day “Kill the DJ”

Not my favorite new Green Day song, but the music video makes it a tad bit better and more interesting.  There is a random scene of the group riding motocycles in the desert and I don’t really think that has anything to do with the song, but it still was cool for some odd reason.…

Red Hot Chili Peppers – “Magpies on Fire” & “Victorian Machinery”

RHCP released two new previously unreleased tracks that didn’t make the cut on their latest album, I’m With You.  That shouldn’t stop you from listening to these though.  “Magpies on Fire” features Anthony Kiedis’s defined vocals and really shows us how much Kiedis has matured over the years rather than declined vocally.  The second single “Victorian Machinery”…

No Doubt- “Push and Shove”

“Push and Shove”, produced by Diplo, is the title track from No Doubts upcoming album expected on September 25th. Tony Kanal (No Doubt’s bassist) calls the song their “Bohemian Rhapsody”….honestly, its nowhere near that good. That being said, “Push and Shove” is pretty catchy and definitely a good listen, but its no Bohemian Rhapsody. Check…

Green Day- “Stay the Night” (Live Video)

Green Day performed “Stay The Night” at a surprise performance at Reading Festival in the UK. “Stay The Night” is the 5th song we’ve heard yet from Green Day’s upcoming album UNO!, set for release on September 25th, followed by ¡Dos! on November 13th and ¡Tré! on January 15th.

Muse- “Madness”

Here is the first official single to Muse’s upcoming album The 2nd Law, set for release on October 2nd. The song isn’t as experimental as the dubstep release “Unsustainable” was, but it comes pretty close with a synth bass underlying the whole song. As the song progresses, it gradually becomes more of a rock song… and…
