Curren$y released a new visual off of his latest album, The Stoned Immaculate and the music video features Wiz Khalifa and Big K.R.I.T. This track really has that How Fly feel and reminisces on the days when Curren$y and Wiz were back in the studio dropping new music left and right together. I’m really looking forward to their new collaboration project that is hopefully dropping soon (they’ve had some sampling issues). Wiz Khalifa ft. Mac Miller- “Goin’ Places”
Let me start this post off by saying this is the Mac that originally made me a fan. Although his verse seems to be cut short, it still has that High Life/K.I.D.S. feel that I’ve been craving this summer. Yes, if I want his old music I could just go back and listen to his old mixtapes, but sometimes it’s good to hear new Mac Miller that doesn’t sound like it was created while on drugs *cough cough* “Planecarboat“…other than weed. Oh and Wiz is alright on this new joint too. After saying all of this, I bet this track was recorded years back, oh well. Check out “Goin’ Places” below.
