Avicii’s “X You” is a very interesting project that the young Swede has been working on for the past month and a half. His website’s description best explains this project. “From January 9 to February 26 people from all over the world collaborated in the world’s largest music collaboration! Together they contributed with melodies, basslines, beats, rhythms, breaks and effects.” In other words, Avicii invited the world to send him different melodies and beats to help create one massive collaboration. Over 12,000 contributions from 4,000 artists of 140 different countries helped create this worldwide project. The result is a must listen track.
