Nas’s new album released today officially in the U.S. and as you can see it is by far my favorite album of the month (check out our new feature on the sidebar). Nas showed that hip hop is still alive and thriving. In Life is Good, Nas was able to achieve that 90s feel in the music while still making the tracks relevant today. With features from Mary J. Blige, Amy Winehouse, Rozay, Swizz Beatz and more, Nas delivered a dope album. There isn’t even one track I’d skip on the album and I couldn’t choose my favorite one to post, so I thought why not post the iTunes bonus cut. “Trust” is produced by Boi-1da and it reminds me of that earlier Nas. Hip Hop is here to stay.
