Theophilus London is a talented rapper from Brooklyn, NYC. Although his voice is similar to Cudi’s, they make completely different music and have different rapping styles. In my opinion they aren’t really comparable artists anymore, especially with the new path Kid Cudi is taking on WZRD. His new track “Neighbors” has a mellow vibe and a nice hook. Check it out below.
